Whole Wheat Bread with Rosemary
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 & 1/2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten*
1 & 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2cups bread flour
2 & 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
handful of dried apricots - cut into quarters
Preparation:
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by the bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers instructions.
Notes:
* Vital wheat gluten is available at health food stores.
