Quiche
chunk of smoked salmon
1 bell pepper (red, orange or yellow)
bunch of mushrooms
5-6 eggs
2 medium potatoes
1 cup yogurt
oil/butter
Another good filling is:
2 bunches of cooked spinach with the water squeezed out.
50 grams of feta cheese.
1/2 onion, chopped and fried.
Preparation:
Grate potato into shoestrings
mix in oil
press into the bottom of a quiche pan to form the crust
bake at 375 for about 30 minutes
fry mushrooms, pepper and salmon chunks in oil or butter
put into crust shell
mix 5-6 eggs with 1 cup yogurt and pour over veggies/salmon
grate cheese and put on top
bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes
