Molasses Muffins
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup soy flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
1/2 cup oil
1 cup molasses
1.5 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup raisins
Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients together. Blend wet ingredients together and then mix into dry. Bake in greased muffin tins at 375 for about 18 minutes.
