Kale Chips

1 bunch of kale
1 tsp olive oil
salt

 

Preparation: 

tear kale from stalks and into bite sized pieces 
drizzle with olive oil and mix it around so the oil coats the kale pieces
sprinkle with salt

preheat oven to 300 degrees
put kale on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy but not burnt.
