Hummus
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas (16 oz)
- 1/4 cup wet ingredient (e.g., 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, fresh green olives or cottage cheese; or 1/4 cup of mixed worchestershire sauce, hot sauce and extra lemon juice)
- 3-5 tablespoons lemon juice (depending on taste)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin

Combine ingredients and blend.
