Granola
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup spelt flakes
- 2 cups bran
- 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
- 1 cup ground flax seed
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (can substitute sunflower seeds or coconut)
- 1 cup choppped walnuts
- 1 cup skim milk powder (optional)
Mix dry ingredients together
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup molasses
Mix wet ingredients together, then mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients mixture
Preparation:
Spread onto baking sheets.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or so.
After baking, add 1 cup raisins and (optionally) ginger and/or other dried fruit.
