Gingered Yogurt and Banana Bread

  • Bread

3/4 cup water

3 tablespoons non-fat dried milk

1/3 cup mashed ripe banana

1/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons wheat bran

3 tablespoons wheat germ

1 & 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger

3 & 1/3 cups bread flour

2 teaspoons dry yeast

Preparation: 

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by the bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers instructions.
