Dragon Bowl
brown rice (1 - 1.5 cups uncooked)
raw veggies: shredded carrots, beets and cabbage, broccoli & sprouts
tofu (smoked is good)
Dressing (mix with a hand blender)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
5 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
4 tbsp lime, lemon, orange or grapefruit juice
Preparation:
Place about 1 cup of hot cooked rice in a bowl with tofu, top with raw veggies, pour dressing on top & sprnkle with sesame seeds if you have them.
